The standard twin room facilities were enjoyable, and the beds were comfortable; the location was stunning and ideal for walking around the beautiful Grecian Bay Beach nearby.

Love the design and the sun beds. Romantic escape that's not too far from the city centre. Approx. 15 min walking distance.
The traffic that's a bit too close to the hotel.

Everything was perfect in the hotel & enjoyed it.
The only issue is that they don't have twin beds .

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its low prices and attention to detail. It is located in a quiet area of the town, away from the busy center, but still close to everything. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. The views from the rooms are amazing, overlooking the beach and the sea. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options to cater to every taste.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was great.

Clean pool towels everyday, breakfast, outstanding room maids, gentle staff, beautiful furniture.
Only to be very picky, a couple of things could have been free to be the cherry on the cake: 1. wi-fi in the room is a bit too expensive (5 euro per hour, 20 per day, 50 per week; anyway there's to say that it's free in the public area in front of the reception); 2. they told me that late- checking out at 4pm instead of 12pm was 45 euro.

Trendy boutique hotel with consistently courteous staff and lovely views of the beach. Particularly good location not very far from Grecian Bay Beach. Nice restaurant, for both breakfast and dinner. Free parking onsite provided. Very clean pool and spa. No complaint, excellent stay for our next summer holidays.

We were upgraded to a bungalow by the pool, which was a pleasant surprise. The view from our room was stunning, and we enjoyed the convenience of being just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff made sure we felt well taken care of. Despite a small issue with the bathroom, our overall experience at Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites was fantastic.

Extremely friendly, accommodating and knowledgable staff. Buffet breakfast was also good. For quality local cuisine you'll need to go out of town. Overall great way to start our honeymoon.

This hotel has a very helpful staff and a nice location. The environment is calm and serene, and it is at the same time, 100 meters from the beach. It has a very rich and tasty international breakfast which I particularly liked. It is also 10-15mns walk to the centre of Ayia Napa.
The outdoor pool is a bit small. The jaccuzi, steam and health club area need some maintenance. The SPA is too small (only one room).

The hotel is in a particularly good location with Grecian Bay Beach nearby. the area is very relaxing, with an excellent beach close by and the town center just a short distance away. the staff, from reception to the bar to the housekeepers, are consistently courteous.

We rented bikes at the hotel and that made that the weather (that was not so great) did not bother us too much, fantastic bike roads to visit cabo greco. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, the food was deliciaous and worth 5stars for me, with an amazing breakfast buffet !!
The rooms (side sea vieuw) were for me a disappointment and an upgrade I found expensive. I have stayed in many for and five star hotels but ther oom and especially the bathroom is not worth a 4 star hotel !. Another minor point of dissatisfaction was the fact that many tourist `reserve` a seat at the swimming pool. At 9h when we were going for breakfast everybody had reserved his beach chair by putting a towel on it. And than there were no chairs left... And the hotel did not seem that full so I wonder how it is in the summer ?

funky design of the hotel lobby and restaurants. breakfast was very good. while its central and walking distance to all attractions its far enough from the noise and crowds.
we stayed in a standard room, its very basic.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
